Frequently asked questions about touristic bookings of our services.
Below we have listed the main questions asked by our customers. We specify that the following rules are related to extra-urban tourist transfers (outside the city of Innsbruck). For requests from companies, hotels, travel agencies, contact us and we will arrange every single detail with you.

In order to avoid errors or misunderstandings we prefer that reservations are made by mail. Contact us or by email at info@taxi206000.com or fill out the contact form, we will send you a non-binding quote that you can decide to confirm.
In general, reservations made well in advance allow us to offer you a better price. Not many companies in Innsbruck have minibuses, so in case of groups of more than four people, a reservation is recommended. If you have special requests (such as child seats, ski equipment, or others), reservations are highly recommended. We also accept last-minute requests and will try to do our best to accommodate you, however in particularly busy periods this could be quite difficult.
To confirm a reservation we require the payment of a deposit equal to 20% of the agreed transfer price. Payment can be made by credit card or by bank transfer.
We will arrange for the reimbursement of advanced payments and deposits in the method you have chosen for the payment (re-credit on credit card or bank transfer).
You can cancell a booking calling us at +43 512 206000 or send us a mail at info@taxi206000.com. Free cancellation until 48 hours before planned departure time. Cancellations made within 48 hours of your transfer departure planned time will result in a penalty equal to 20% of the agreed price.
For transfers that include a departure location outside the city of Innsbruck, if at the time of cancellation the driver had already left for the pick-up location selected by you, the customer is required to pay for the journey between Innsbruck and the place reached in the meantime by the driver.
Cancellations due to lockdowns established by government authorities are free and therefore we will refund the advanced payments or deposits received. For cancellations due to the contraction of infectious diseases that make it impossible to travel, the normal cancellation and refund rules apply.
In general, we always try to have maximum flexibility if delays depend on the airlines. Delays of more than four hours may require a reorganization of the cars and drivers and therefore where there are problems with our punctuality we will inform you promptly.
We request that the balance of the entire transfer (if booked, including the return journey) is paid to the driver upon your departure. You can conveniently pay by credit card or in cash.
If you have Bulky luggage or ski equipment or anything else, please let us know in advance in order to arrange cars that are able to carry what you require.
We have child seats or booster seats, please inform us in advance of your needs and the age of your children. For urban travel, the use of child safety devices is not mandatory.
Our driver will wait for you at the airport arrivals exit agreed with a sign with your name or the name you have indicated in the booking. In case of problems or if you have used exits other than that of your flight call +43 512 206000 and we will arrange to find us.
